I’ve never done yoga before. Can I still join?
Of course! My classes are designed for all levels. I’ll guide you step by step and always offer options so you can practice at your own pace.
Do I need to be flexible to do yoga?
No. Flexibility develops with practice. All you need is the willingness to move, breathe, and enjoy the process.
What should I bring to class?
Just wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. If you have your own yoga mat, feel free to bring it; otherwise, I can lend you one (subject to availability).
What style of yoga do you teach?
My classes blend movement, breath, strength, mobility, and relaxation. They are dynamic, accessible, and adapted to each person’s needs.
How long is the class?
Classes are approximately 60 minutes long.
What if I have an injury or medical condition?
Before we begin, let me know about any injury or condition so I can adapt the practice and make it as safe as possible.
Is there an age limit?
Classes are open to teens and adults. If you have a specific question about a particular situation, feel free to write to me.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. I recommend reserving your spot ahead of time, as spaces are limited.
How can I book my class?
You can book directly from the reservation button on this page. You’ll receive confirmation once you complete your registration.
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class are non-refundable.
Do you offer private classes?
Yes. I offer in-person private classes at your home and fully personalized online sessions.
What benefits can I expect from yoga?
With consistent practice, you can improve mobility, strength, balance, and flexibility, while also reducing stress, improving breathing, and connecting more deeply with your body and mind.
Are classes only for women?
No. Everyone is welcome, regardless of age, experience, or physical condition.
What should I wear?
Wear athletic or comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. No shoes are needed, as we practice barefoot.
Can I eat before class?
It’s best to avoid heavy meals 1 to 2 hours before practice. If you need to eat something, keep it light.
Where are classes held?
Group classes take place at Mary Jo Peckham Park in Katy, Texas. I also offer private in-home classes and online sessions.
